2023 Chardonnay

The 2023 Chardonnay is a tight, firm wine with the fruit wrapped around a dense core as the acid drives across the palate.  Plenty of flower blossoms and white fruit in the aromatics.
While there is an understated power and length in this wine, it maintains the vibrancy and energy we love from Vancouver Island wines.  It will leave you salivating and eager for another sip or another bite of food.
